We had Friday morning classes for 1,5 month called breathe and movements with Karla,
what a great way to start the last day of the week!
We organised at our work place a room for Karla to teach us movements and make us
discover some body functions that we had no idea of! After the 45 min class, we were
all ready to start our work day, feeling relaxed, stretched, taller and longer.
We learn some tips to use every day in our lives, at home or at work. Karla’s approach was
fantastic. She saw our bodies and was able to assist us with our weaknesses, to make us
understand more how our bodies are working.
Karla took the time to explain technical aspects of the body, that we understand why we
do the movements and what it does to our posture.
We all felt wonderful on these Fridays!
